User's Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms
Overview of our Services
Services and subscriptions are non-transferable. Customers cannot sell or give away hours from your subscription. You are free to recommend a subscription for your friends, family and loved ones—they'll love you and so will we. Your GO2 account is also non-transferable. All GO2 plans are governed by an 8 hours daily hour limit but overtime can be provided in specific and mutually agreed upon cases. Any hours unused on the day will not carry over.
Either Party may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days written notice to the other Party. Any agreement between customer and agent, in connection with a service contract, requiring that payment be made outside of GO2 shall constitute a material breach of this agreement and the subscription is subject to cancellation without refund.
Ownership and Confidentiality of Work Product
If a GO2 Staff member creates anything original for you ("Work Product"), GO2 grants to you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-transferable license to use the Work Product for your own personal and commercial purposes. GO2 owns the Work Product and has the right to use and disclose the Work Product to any third party, provided that GO2 will not disclose your confidential information to any third party.
Guarantee & Warranty
There is no warranty on any of the information, tasks, or projects your GO2 Staff completes for you. We will do our best to provide the most accurate, most effective information available. However, if we give you information or results that is wrong, although we'll be deeply sorry, you can't hold us liable for it legally or morally.
Pricing & Payment
By executing this Agreement, the Customer agrees to pay GO2 LLC for the agreed on subscription at agreed price per staff member per month.
GO2 bills all services in advance and is not obligated to work any hours or provide agents to work any subscriptions that have not been paid, in full, in advance of service.
Applicable additional fees may be incurred, contingent on your approval, for overtime beyond normal working hours and during approved holidays at double the standard hourly price agreed per hour. From time to time GO2 may elect to have staff work overtime hours without requesting your approval, these hours will not be invoiced and are compliments of GO2.
A client can request for a refund if:
1. GO2 Team is underperforming or not performing to your satisfaction within the first 30 days.
2. The client already paid but has not started the service yet and wishes to cancel.
GO2 will NOT issue a refund if the client fails to adhere to the staff guidelines included in the client portal/wiki.
The refund will be prorated to the number of the days remaining until the next billing date where the Client wants immediate cancellation.
If you leave us, we'll miss you but we won't hold you back. Monthly subscription can be canceled at any time with no additional fees or hassle. In order to get a refund for your first month of service, you must cancel within the first 30 days. If you cancel after that period, you will be charged up to the end of that month's service. If you've signed up via credit card, just contact our Client Success team at: and ask us to cancel your subscription.
We may cancel your monthly subscription for any or no reason immediately upon notice to you but, if we do, we will give you a prorated refund at the standard monthly rate for any time period for which you have already paid.
Termination of Service
In darker news, we reserve the right to terminate the service of a GO2 client at any time — for any reason. That means that rarely and under great duress we may end our relationship with a client. Some examples are:
If the client is constantly requesting tasks outside the scope of their service plan and we are unable to find a solution.
If the client is abusive to his/her agent or any other GO2 team member. Abuse can be considered, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, written abuse, any form of racism, or sexism. Belittlement of any kind will not be tolerated.
If the client is sharing or allowing another person/company to give tasks to the Agent.
GO2 Terms of Service Non-solicitation Provision
I acknowledge that GO2 LLC. has made a substantial investment in recruiting, training and matching skilled GO2 Staff with each of its clients, and that GO2 has a legitimate interest in earning a reasonable return on those investments. I also acknowledge that GO2 LLC. has agreements with GO2 staff members that protect this interest by requiring that all GO2 staff members obtain GO2 LLC's prior written consent before accepting any direct engagement (whether as an employee, consultant, contractor or otherwise) with the GO2 client to whom they were assigned. Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, I agree that during my subscription and for a period of twelve (12) months immediately following the termination of my subscription with GO2 LLC. for any reason, I shall not directly or indirectly solicit any GO2 staff member who is assigned to me at that time or who was assigned to me within the six months preceding termination of my relationship with GO2 LLC. to leave his or her employment with GO2 LLC. and to work for me in any engagement directly or indirectly. Should any solicitation by me become a substantial factor resulting in a GO2 Staff leaving GO2 LLC. and accepting an engagement with me directly or indirectly without GO2 LLC. consent, I agree to pay GO2 as liquidated damages reasonably calculated to compensate GO2 LLC. for its lost investment, and not as a penalty of any kind, a one-time fee equivalent to one year of my most recent monthly GO2 subscription.
